Recently, CSRH reported that it has reached an agreement to raise additional financing with private investors who already have an investment interest in the company. This agreement will provide for an initial investment of up to $1,000,000 USD in the first two fiscal quarters of 2010.

The funds received will enhance the delivery schedules of current contracts as well as provide for the pursuit of additional contracts in North American and International markets. This marks the first 2010 financial engagement for CSRH as it positions its focus on new market opportunities for the New Year.

Craig Fielding, CEO of CSRH states, “The market for our solutions is expanding rapidly. With full expectations of additional growth in our contract portfolio this year, this infusion allows us to pursue these opportunities more aggressively.”

The funding will begin in February 2010 on a draw down basis at CSRH’s discretion to allow the Company to take full advantage of new business opportunities.
